Schnef is often used to describe a smelly, unhygienic low life who happens to be rich. This person isn't teased about their disgusting lifestyle but they are the kind of people who when they walk past, you stop breathing.
But as they are a Schnef and never get teased, this makes them feel popular and they often use this to their advantage. So they may often become a bully.
