What is Schoogen?

I: (n) Any item than can be used for stabbing or otherwise melee slaying.
II: (n) A word adapted after the word 'shank' and 'tool' became popularized and prison guards began picking up on them in conversations between inmates.
III: (v) The act of stabbing, killing, or slaughtering. Usuially done within the confines of a maximum security prison, hence the acomplishment is heavily weighed.
