v. any act of sexual congress that occurs in a vehicle, specifically a car. The word specifically applies to those 80 or over, and who perform such an act in the parking lot of a pizzaria.
Norm Coleman Sr. and Marie Schrag were caught schragin' in St. Paul, Minnesota, outside of a Pizza Hut in broad daylight, much to the chagrin of any and all passersby.
