Another name for "Steph", but said as though one has a lisp ~ "Schteph".
Is the shortened term for "Schtephanie"
Can produce some funny results when said in the company of a person who actually does have a lisp.
Also note that anyone who calls them self "Schteph" is most likely to be quite beautiful, yet a little dim (humorously) on one or two occasions.
