While two females scissor, a man puts a slice of tomato and lettuce on his penis then lays in the middle sticking his penis(covered in lettuce and tomato) in between the two female's vaginas. The male must provide the mayo (Ejaculate). After this is complete the male takes two pieces of bread and wraps them around his penis and all the foods and semen around it, and forces one girl to eat the outsides of it while she gives him a blow job.
