What is Scloover?

A term introduced to the street language, "Drak" that miserably failed, and was spoken by nobody. This specific word is seen as a relic in the Drak realm, as its lack of use and hilarity seemingly made it ironically a classic word. Used as a verb, adverb, noun, and/or interjection. Spoken primarily by Mr. Hubley.
Seth: "Hey, remeber when Andrew made up that stupid fucking word Scloover that failed and nobody used?"
Preston: "No."
