Sustainable Cooperative for Organic Development

(aka Sustainable Community for Organic Dwelling)

A complex organization of individuals dedicated to Environmental Causes, Alternative Theories, and/or Pagan Spirituality. Formed in 1994 by the Tontine Triad, the original goal was the establishment of the Pipedream Pub, a Medieval Tavern in the United States of America. The Architectural Thesis was published in 2000 by Drogo Empedocles at SCAD, in Georgia.
