You insult someone, then high five someone else and say scortch at the same time.
Jake say's: RORY's GAY!
Jake and tom together : SCORTCH
they both high five each other whilst rory is in a corner crying and tim is laughing at him.

if this insult is responded to with another insult it is refered to as a "boomerang scortch"
Jimmy: "Hector your mom's the size of Texas"
On-looker: "Scortch!"
Hector: "Your mom's SLEPT with all of Texas"
On-looker: "Boomerang scortch!"
