a scraggy dog is a dog thats been kicked out by its owners and lives in the sewer. it malts everywhere and looks very dirty. it has tick bites on its neck. despite all these obvious signs, the scraggy dog thinks it is good looking.
oh my god.. did u see that dirty thing come out the sewer?
