Slang for Wal-Mart. Break it down into scroters and indians. A scroter being an obese woman in her late thirties with nasty dyed hair with her roots showing and wearing black tights and an oversized mickey mouse sweater. Her many kids may or may not be sporting (also oversized) Georgetown Hoyas pullovers that have never been washed.
