What is Scrotebadger?

Half way between a scrotum and a badger (probably a badger without fur and saggy skin, but I don't really know). You generally call someone a scrotebadger when you mildly dislike them, but only mean it in a joking way.
This word is often used on b3ta.
"Well, he's nice but he's a bit of a scrotebadger"
"Damnit, don't be such a scrotebadger!"
