What is Scrotum Sailor?

One who sails the uncharted scrotum seas. Often used as an insult to a man's sexuality. Said sailing can occur with any body part. In addition, the word may be used on a larger scale to describe a gay man, or to insult a straight man.
"Y'arr! This scrotum sailor is trying to board our poop deck!"
