to "scroupon" is to deliberately ignore/rinse someone to their face.
it is very popular in the southern states. and morroco.
it sometimes invloves flannels, and can be very painful if done properly.
a big misconception of "scrouponing" is that it invlolves dancing and singing. This however is not true, and actually makes the scroupon more pleasurable.
pleasure is the OPPOSITE DESIRED EFFECT OF SCROUPONING.
1. dude you just got scrouponed.
2. my dad just scouponed someone. but he did it wrong because he sang.
