A scummy grunger. Basically a scum bag who thinks there a grunger. Usually seen with mid length greasy hair and a look in there eye's that there going to mug you.
Anyone wearing a Nirvana t-shirt and a burberry cap. Definitely a scrunger. Found mainly in Dublin.
