What is Scum Core?

A person of which is as pathetic/lame/crap etc as Scum, and is low with ethics and morals, meaning they are low scum, leading to the core of the earth's core, the lowest place on earth, therefore naming them the lowest of scum. Much like the fabled "scum of the ocean bay".
"God, that guy Tom is total Scum core"
