Used to describe anyone who is part of either a secret scum society, a sidekick to a scum ringleader, a member of a scum organisation or business, undergoes in shady scum activities or someone who takes part in the prevailing of a scummer. typically of hugosih descent and has drems of becoming a true scummer but will never reach there.
