What is Scumboid?

Referring to person or persons (scumboids) who are common and or vulgar in nature. A scumboid can be spotted in numerous ways; clothing- will probably be track suit or over the top 'designer' clothing, will be dripping with 'gold' jewelry and accompanied by peroxide highlights- possibly with 80's perm in addition. You will notice the scumboid may bank with the TSB as they have been refused at other banking establishments. A potential scumboid will doubtless come from an estate (aka TSB Towers) and drive a clapped out Ford Escort with miss-matching coloured body panels.
'I tried a new pub last night and it was full of scumboids so I had to leave'.
