What is Scumboid?

Referring to person or persons (scumboids) who are common and or vulgar in nature. A scumboid can be spotted in numerous ways; clothing- will probably be track suit or over the top 'designer' clothing, will be dripping with 'gold' jewelry and accompanied by peroxide highlights- possibly with 80's perm in addition.
