What is Scumdergraduate?

descriptive term, used by those still at university despite having already completed an undergraduate diploma to describe those who have not yet completed their first degree subject.
There I was in the library, about to finish my 90,000 page doctoral thesis on "something really hard" when this girl was whinging about having to write 250 words on why she thought basket weaving was a vital part of the cottage industry... by next week - bloody scumdergraduates!
