A state of being: Being completely content and comfortable with your outward appearance despite looking, feeling, or in reality actually being a scumbag; characterized by being unshowered, dressed in ragged, dirty, unmatched and miscellaneous clothing (esp. pajamas, flipflops, and a knit cap), and smelling profusely of ballfunk.
