Scuba cooties--usually acquired from rented gear often resulting in rash; also caused by urinating in wetsuit and not rinsing thoroughly afterwards
Scuties became officially named after a local diver experienced a reddish, blotchy rash on their neck after renting a hood--itchy, irritating.
