What is Sealcat?

A funny looking creature, with arms made of noodles. He has fins, but has cat like ears. He thinks that mean things are actually nice, and that nice things are mean. His eyes are round with small dots in the middle and he is always smiling.
Friend - Check out Sealcat, he just killed innocent children using that large piece of glass.
