Driving a short distance with your baby on your lap, in the drivers seat.
Often seen in the ghetto and white trash neighboorhoods, but the kids are usually jumping around in the back seat with no seat belts, rather than in the drivers seat- with the driver!
Most famously done by Britney Spears( the originator) with her baby Sean Preston on her lap.
Handing your baby to the driver and asking "want to pull a "sean p.", were only driving up the street..." because your to lazy strap your baby in the car seat for a 2 min drive.
