A nickname that is often used, by either parents, relatives, or their friends, to refer to people with the name "Sean" when they were a child. The nickname seems to never wear off, and is often a source of embarrassment for the person in question when a parent uses it to address their child in public.
"Dude, did your mom just call you 'Seanboy'?"
