What is Seat Buck?

When someone gets out of a seat that you want and by the laws of Seat Buck you are allowed to shout "Seat Buck!" and you are allowed to take the seat.
Your friend gets out of a comfortable recliner to pick up something he/she dropped. You yell "
Seat Buck !" Which allows you to take his/her seat.
