What is Seblab?

A desperate person, usually a guy, who tries himself/herself on all of the girls/boys he or she meets. Usually seblabs are not succesive in their beginnings and are quite depressed about it.
- Christer tried to pull all three of them yesterday.
- Yeah, he's such a seblab!
