Seconding (pronounced 'second dot~coming'), is what the 'net set' has been long awaiting for since the 'Bit Bang': the first e-conomic boom that took place in Silicon Valley in the mid-90s, pioneered by the 'Home Brew' digiteers and the average Wob (Web Mob).
Seconding is also called: 'Newtopia'/ 'Etopia'/ 'nextasy'.
