The act of never-ending laughter that usually ends with an uncomfortable joke that is meant to continue the laughter, or when someone's mom gets hit by a car and dies.
"Dude, that joke made me sedlak up until Matt's mom got hit by that car and died."
"I told my mom a joke that made her sedlak, until she got hit by a car and died."
