What is Seize Up?

When something strange or inexplicable occurs (usually when observer is on a substance), it can be called a "seize up".

When something of an extremely weird nature occurs, it can be called a " horridseize".

This term was originally coined by the few that got barestoned in hughberry's forest of wonders back in the day.
