What is Seizuretastic?

(adj) A word used to describe something that is confusing, has a lot of flashing lights, has a lot of things going on at different places (like a painting with a lot of different colors), etc. You don't need epilepsey to use this word.
1) (After a teacher writes an incredibly confusing algerbra problem on the board) Woahh.. That's seizuretastic.
2) Woah, these flashing lights are seizuretastic.
3) (After viewing a splatter-art painting with a billion different colors) This painting is seizuretastic.
