Selah Edit Meaning

Caribbean equivalent of "word up", as popularized as an exclamation in dancehallby Beenie Man. However the word has been used for years by Rastafarians as the origins of this word are Biblical; it's commonly used in Psalms at the end of a verse. In the more secular use however, it's used to emphasize a thought, usually at the point of its conclusion.

An emotionally parasitic demoness from Hell whose main objective is to meddle in other people's lives in order to create confusion and chaos within the ranks. All the while emotionally bleeding it's male host without killing it.

"Selah" is the name that this demon goes by in the netherworld. She can be known as "Brett", "Rosie", "Harriet" or "Emma".

The demon is characterized by it's life cycle. It will usually start out as a permissive child who is born, raised and transferred (brat), from male to male, starting with the father until it finds a weak or unsuspecting host or male child or son-in-law.

This is where the evil takes place. The evil, angry, scandalous, emotionally unstable and psychologically disturbed predator that will typically blame men for the irresponsible and immature choices she has made in her life. A "Selah" assumes, with fraudulent intent, the character of a good woman so she can prey (not pray) on and use good men to support her selfish, inappropriate and irresponsible lifestyle. She will also use her children or get pregnant if she has to and will set no limit to get what she wants, including isolating the host from family and friends.

Redemption?

Once the male host reaches middle age the transfer of hormones in the demon will cause the spell to weaken and the host may break the shackles of the parasite. Which would lead to the demons last part of it's life cycle characterized by the following:

Prematurely aged and/or worn-out from hard work middle aged women whose clothing are characterized by filth or stained with fecal matter, urine and/or semen. Searching from bar to bar for anyone drunk enough to touch her. She is characterized by a very overgrown, winter bush, 4 bottles of perfume to cover up the cooter-stank, guts and cankles are also very common in this beast.

Can be found chain smoking and stuffing food in her mouth in between drags.
