Self loathing individals can be members of one race who belittle their own people and try to associate themselves with a different ethnic group, or they can be gay people who hate themselves and attempt to live and act like straight people. It is suspected that most gay bashers are latent homosexuals who hate themselves enough to beat up the people they are attracted to.
