The art of cupcakingoneself. When emitting a particularly pungent fart, one must cup one's hand around said flatulance, then release the aroma into the face. Doing it to someone else would simply be a cupcake, doing it to yourself would be a self-cupcake. This way you can unleash the true smell upon yourself.
