Someone who looks Asian, but not completely...only Semi. So you argue with your best friend about his Asianness and come to the decision that he is Semi-Asian. Further probabilities include...he probably wears basketball shorts, random t-shirts and has eyes hidden by louscious locks.

Alex likes to wear cute maroon shirts and black basketball shorts. He doesn't care to shower very often and he doesn't care because he is a rebellious youth.
