1. One who appears lightyears older than they really are, often connoting that one's physical appearance bears similiarities to people of very advanced ages, such as 90 or 95.
I became concerned about Devon's pneumonia when it turned him into a grotesque semperblotto for the remainder of the week.
When my dad told my mom that all of her stressing was turning her into a semperblotto, she made a nice comfy place for him to sleep out on the front lawn.
I found it amusing that all of the small children went as semperblottos for Halloween and freaked out the whole neighborhood.
