A Spanish teacher usually of Colombian descent who has been residing in America since practically ancient times and yet still can not speak anything remotley close to proper English. Dresses insanely unfashionable. Usally seen wearing a black hair wig, big ponchos that cover everything down the knees (which is a good thing), unmatching socks and earrings, and blue water shoes.
