Most often used in conjunction with an individual, organization or establishment as a means of conveying mal-intent, criminal or corruptive behavior.

A six week investigation into the group's activities yielded numerous criminal enterprises, as well as several unhatched plans involving terrorism and sepulcarchy on a grand scale.
