What is Serebii?

A tyrannic despot who believe he is god over the pokemon world. If anyone stand up to him, or critizises him in any way, he will hunt down and brutally slay this person. He got his power by stealing from others, and gathering a cult of mindless drones who believe every word he utters.
You dare think I am not the greatest thing that has ever happened to this world? Curse you, heathen, I, the great Serebii, shall destroy you and get rid of the evidence.

The Japanese name for Celebi
Celebi equals Serebii, they're both the same Pokemon.

Serebii may also have something to do with the popular games Pokemon, but I have not been able to see past to crap to clear up this rumor.
Don't mix up with Serebii-Forums, where personal insults, and arguing about children's video games gives you a higher status.
Noun: Yeah, serebii was coming out my ass like rain. I was on the toilet trying to get this HUGE serebii out, it took 2 hours.
