What is Sevar?

A slightly weird, mythical creature. Although small like lephrecauns and goblins, it usually hogs the space around itself. It has difficulty with co-ordination and logic. Not very funny. Basically, one of the less-privilaged creatures of the wood.
Whats she doing? Why is she being so weird and disorientated around everyone?

I made it up it is opposite to flowant. It's a burp that has to be kinda forced. It is never a loud burp.
