1. The belief that everyone is out to have sex with you; they only want sex from you and nothing else (esp. when it's not true)
2. The belief in that everyone is out to have sex with someone else you know, such as your girlfriend/boyfriend. (also esp. when it's not true)
Girl A: Did you see those guys looking at me? They only have one thing on their mind! Girl B: They were looking at your new car, that's just your sexanoia talking.
