the expulsion, by a roommate's (or in some cases underinhibited friends') sexual activity, of one from one's bedroom, apartment, and country for the purposes of uninterrupted coitus and, in the case of the sexpatriate, the pre-emptive avoidance of awkward encounters arising as a result of accidental exposure to the genitals of said roommate or friend.
