Willingly having sex, without force, coercion, manipulation, intoxication, or trickery.
Only adults are competent to give sexual consent. No, 12 years old is not adult.

Willingly having sex, without force, or physical threats.
Manipulation, intoxication, trickery, or non-physical coercion are all OK.
Her: You Raped me!
Him: Sorry, I thought I had sexual consent. you should have said "no".
