Originated in August 2004 when an overweight alcoholic found no existing words appropriate to describe his stylish disciples. Combination of "sexy" and "great," but is most often used ironically. Can be used to describe something that is both sexy and great, but this object/individual must be so smokin hot that no one mistakes your affection for sarcasm.
The dude at the gas station is sexygreat.
