SFFR (pronounced "suffer")is an abbreviation for the words "Some form of functioning retardation." A condition given to people who perform inappropriate or incomprehensible things that can be considered stupid or moronic. Also, note that a person with SFFR is a SFFRer (pronounced "sufferer").
