Any agent employed by the US Government, especially the USPIS, who is not only inept at their primary function, but has such a complex about that very fact, they can’t help but help themselves to all the “unused evidence” they want. This property, if not being actively used as evidence, should be returned to the rightful owner, whomever it was seized from and/or a party they release it to in the even that they are presently incarcerated.
