What is Shagozza?

The sound a hand made coaster makes when gently penetrating the back of the knee. A quite distinct, and fluttery sound. It makes one want to stroke chickens... sometimes.
"Hey what's that fluttery and distinct sound coming from? i feel like stroking chickens...sometimes"
"Oh thats just a shagozza, its hand made from the eldest jew in the bunch"
