The sound that occurs when Bob Jr. pulls out one of his many Seals of Approval, that he awards to the best set of testicles, whenever he damn well pleases to award them. It has happened on rare occasions, that Bob, has awarded this highly respected award to a single pair of balls in one evening.
A teriffic sidenote, (that you can brag to your friends about), is the fact that in the center of the seal, is a picture of Bob's balls, smothered in coconut juice (the preferred method of lubrication before vigorous ball licking).
