What is Shankman?

Named after Peter Shankman who runs the website HARO (Help A Reporter Out). To Shankman someone means to send an incessant barrage of emails containing little to no value on a daily basis. Peter Shankman sends multiple daily email blasts from his website which are pretty much worthless and very much annoying.
The other day I entered my email address on a random website, and now they are Shankmaning the crap out of me. I may have to get a new email address due to all this spam .

Referring to an individual who is well-meaning, but is inexplicably annoying. This person usually demonstrates cockiness and over confidence despite his or her major insecurities. The combination of such traits induces a strong urge to be mean to him or her.
(Noun) Wow, that poor guy is trying too hard, he's such a Shankman.
(Verb) She is Shanking me so hard today, I can't stand being around her.
