What is Shardonia?

2 mi. north/northeast of south-central Shardonia. The city that never sleeps or eats and can't seem to get right,(but over half the city is trying to fix it). Originated from Lost Shardvilization of Methopotamia's traveling circus vampire gypsy comedy show.
