What is Shartan?

A member of culture in Sharta but what is present day Shitaly during the fifth century B.C.
Shartans were known for their warrior instinct, they prowess with the use of throwing projectile weaponry, the weapon they most commonly used was referred to as a 'Shat Slinger' which was in it's baser form a small open pouch attached to leather thongs which could be defecated in and then swung, upon release of the thongs the defecation is launched at ones opponent doing moderate damage.
In modern days Shartans are most noted for the most feared Shartan in 13 B.C, King Shartin Fartin.

Shartan , used his mighty strength and his expertise with the Shat Slinger to take down the mighty egshitian Pharaoh King Tootin' Pootin.
