What is Shartifact?

The discovery of a shart that was believed to be a fartat the time it was heard. Frequently encountered when changing the diaper or underwear of a loved one, eg. a baby.

I was holding my newborn daughter and heard her fart. When I went to change the diaper, I discovered a little shartifact.
